Ultrachem Grout CB Extra

Designed to fill permanent cavities, for example under the base plate of critical machines, holes in concrete structures, under the beam support plates on bridges, pre-cast concrete panels, gaps under steel column feet, pre-stressed concrete beams, anchor bolts, or repair of holes in vertical concrete such as columns or walls.

• Does not experience shrinkage caused by cement and water, thus preventing cracks.
• No bleeding, no water released from the mixture.
• There is no segregation, the sand sinks to the bottom of the mixture.
• Easy to flow so that compaction can be done without using a vibrator.
• High compressive strength as a high safety factor.
• Dense and relatively watertight, ensuring permanent high strength is achieved.
