Ultrachem Grout FS Premix

Ultrachem Grout FS Premix is a special grouting material with aggregate that has a fast setting time. This material is non-shrinking, easy to flow and has a fairly high compressive strength. Ultrachem Grout FS Premix is designed for concrete repair/casting that requires fast drying/setting such as concrete road repair, factory floors, airport runways, aprons and areas where traffic requires fast service repair.

SUPERIORITY

 

  • Fast setting time, within 2 hours can accept the load.
  • No bleeding, no water released from the mixture.
  • Flowable, easy to flow so that compaction is easier.
  • Can be mixed with aggregate, graded sand for large locations.
  • Quite high compressive and abrasion strength.
  • Chloride free so it prevents rust on steel or reinforcement.
